Effective June 15, 2003, the New York Intrastate Fuel Surcharge will be 3% on weight distance shipments and 75 cents on the van (see Appendix A).
New York Intrastate Fuel Surcharge is Now in Effect For All Members of New York Movers Tariff Bureau. The department of Transportation's Order is Reproduced Below.
