·    HOS Waiver due to national emergency declaration, expires 9/14/20

·    *CLP Holder/CDL Driver in Front Seat; Out of State skills testing, expires 9/30/20

·    CDL, CLP, and Medical Certification Waivers, expires 9/30/20

·    *3rd Party CDL Skills Test Examiners Waiver, expires 9/30/20

·    Pre-employment Testing Waiver, expires 9/30/20

DP3 Draft Rule Changes for 2021

 

NYSMWA has just received from the International Association of Movers (IAM) the Defense Personal Property Program (DP3) draft business rule changes for 2021.

 

If you are involved in the Defense Personal Property Shipping Program and haven’t seen this information, to assist in your review of the Defense Personal Property Program (DP3) draft business rule changes for 2021, IAM has put together a summary of changes to the IT21, 400NG, Tender of Service, and Claims & Liability Business Rules. The changes noted by USTC J9 in each document are included in red text. Please refer the actual documents as the primary source for all proposed changes.

 

You have until September 11, 2020, 4:30CDT to submit your comments to J9. Details of where to send comments are included in advisory #20-0117.
